Either that or zecora knows that some of them in the city are not takeing her medicine because they are useing modern ones and ect… So she took matter to her own hoofs/hands by making grow potion/giant potion to take her revenge or something against on one universe dimension that she knows and she well do anything until they well understand her and she well level some parts of the city.
