She might have managed to create what she wanted, but the result was so unstable it didn’t survive for half as long as what Celestia’s Equestria lasted.  
If the new grandiose building you made turn out to have such badly thought foundations that it collapse a week after its inauguration, it’s not really a success.

Even if it isn’t Twilight’s fault, and it probably isn’t, I still think it’s depressing to go through everything we went though with Twilight and the others only to have a metaphoric meteor strike and it was all for nothing, efforts and legacies laid to waste.

Something has definitely gone wrong when a mostly stable peace you inherit is left worse off after you.

Why wouldn’t it? Did people think that Twilight became an omnipotent being? She is not a god who can see and fix every problem.

I would find it extreamly hilarious if those three would go on their adventure and quest to bring back the harmony to the land and at some point they came across Twilight and she is behaving like “Luke Skywalker the hermit”

I personally think the Legion of Doom was the reason, why G5 world is the way it is. Maybe Twilight tried to reform them, but they dethroned her.

I think people are jumping to conclusions blaming Twilight for the situation in G5.
 
There’s so many outside sources that could’ve had a influence on things opposed to “Oh, congratulations Twilight, you blew it, and it’s all your fault”
