Makes sense to me. Her whole family probably lives in the Crystal Empire right now, including her parents. Why would they just live in the upper district of Canterlot when their son and daughter-in-law own an entire castle made of crystal?

We still got this picture too with that very small image on the bottom left corner. Might be from season 4 and we’re able to identify Twilight, Cadence and Celestia, but there also seems to be a yellowish pony on the right. Could it be her?

Twilight will be crystal princess so of course we will need new sixth pony while she lives in Crystal Empire.
