One sort of made a cameo in the first Transformers/MLP crossover!
 
The GoBot Crasher’s made numerous cameos in Transformer comics, and the movie toy “Fracture” was designed to be her. She makes an appearance in the final issue, fighting Arcee.  
(Earlier descriptions of the Rainbow Dash/Windblade issue had also had her as the villain they faced, but she was replaced by Misfire in the final one.)

Sadly it’s not, it’s Sureshock from Transformers Armada.

I hope the Scooter being ridden by Scootaloo is Scooter from Go-Bots.
