They way they talk, their humour, and their themes. BTW, Fauna is a vegan irl. They also both have a underlying sassy side.
If we were to compare the other Ponies to the other Hololive talents.
I would say Mori Calliope should be comparable to Applejack. They speak in a similar accent(Calli is Texan irl) They’re both like big sisters to their colleagues, hard working, and have a silly streak.
Another member I’d compare would be Rarity and Pavolia Reine of Hololive Indonesia. They both play up this Ojou-sama type character, have fine taste in food and fashion.
