Here’s the thing. The people that could really make a change can either save the planet or make more money than they could ever spend in their remaining lives, right now.
So yeah, a healthy earth doesn’t wax the Lamborghini.

A losing battle.
One that I am swiftly witnessing transforming into a “lost” battle.
This will not work unless an entire system overhaul is suddenly done. But I doubt that the powers to be will do that. And certainly not allow us to do it.
But if five years is true (questionable) then our fate is sealed. There is no sane reason to think we can change in five years.

Well, I believe that a dead Earth is Equestria in the future so I don’t think it’s gonna be all bad. :D

Climate change appears to be a real thing, but in the long scope, we only really put the metaphorical knife to our own species throat.

There is really nothing humanity can do to “end” our planet, short of accidently creating a miniature black hole.

The world is aincent beyond our mortal understanding and only cosmic events truly threaten our beautiful blue ball.

Humanity is an extremely young species & time & time again it has been shown we only truly learn a lesson through massive tragedy.

People have been worried about climate change for YEARS. I don’t think we have “5 years left”.
I’d also like to point out that the US has produced less CO2 emissions in 2020 than we were in 2010.
If you really want to reach the ones producing the most CO2 then I suggest writing your message in Chinese.
