Alcor? Could you increase the font size or something? I’m fine with the maxres not being available to free viewers (tho a small bump to 920x1280 would tickle my OCD in the most wonderful of ways) , but I can nary read the words!

Rarity just loomed over her little sister erotically. This is amazing. AMAZING.

In relation: this comic is more a proper resolution, and it’s font doesn’t suck.
 

Idk why they also aren’t factoring in that it’s a comic and divided into different sections so this is essentially 480p at best  
If this one just one panel it wouldn’t really be an issue

Yeah.. in games the difference between 1440p and 2160p is massive on grass and trees and other fine detail.. and of course I screenshot it in-game and paste into paint and view it in 2160p res as viewing 1440p in 2160p creates massive aliasing and makes it look blurry.. scaling sucks.. you have to view native resolution lol  
Buuuut.. I guess for comics 1440p is generally pretty good.. maybe 1080p if don’t want to release high quality version.. but ~720p for a comic with multiple panels? Uhhhh.. no.. especially when there’s small text

The image is small relative to other comics.
 
The font is also absolute trash. No one should be using Comic Sans, and even that might be better.

1080p is bare minimum these days. Besides, the issue is exacerbated by the Dave that the font colors are not very high contrast with the speech bubbles

I mean, the image doesn’t look terrible.. it’s the text  
The smaller the text, the higher resolution you are going to need.. especially if it’s fancy text  
This image is about ~720p with small fancy text which imo is pretty low.. BUT that’s just my opinion out of many soooo  
If it takes me even a little bit of effort to read the text simply because of low resolution, then I find it silly  
Sure, the image is a little blurry.. but it’s still very viewable.. but when I had to really look at the text it made it.. yeah..  
Actually, this is more like 480p if you count the width resolution… so, yeah, it’s low

Well if you’re the type of person who thinks 1080p is “low resolution” then this conversation is pointless and so is your complaint. Just increase the zoom to 200% and move on with your life.
 
Resolutions higher than 1080p are very much a luxury, and even 1080p itself is still something of a luxury as well.

Yer all pretty spoiled by 4k screens where of course anything apears smaller than usual and script zoom on the smartphone where no pixels are visible.

Oh, it’s readable.. but it’s not easy  
There’s really no point to make it this low resolution ESPECIALLY when there’s small text  
The text is the main issue I have with this because it’s not basic text, either.. and combined with the low res it’s just.. bad  
But then again, I consider anything below 1440p not great and below 1080p bad so heh… 2160p or higher is optimal, of course
 
Yeah, I can definitely read the text but it looks slightly pixelated and blurry

Maybe get your eyes checked then, it’s perfectly readable on my screen and I wear glasses.  
Either that or maybe don’t sit 10ft away from your monitor.

If the text wasn’t so fancy it’d probably be readable… but with how either small it is or blurry it is (if you zoom in) it just isn’t easily doable
