In all seriousness, I’m going to guess she was the Misty before Misty, an earlier incarnation of a minion Opaline manipulated. Also want to point out the horn is G4 style though that could be artist interpretation.

Maybe it is Misty, and Opaline cured her of something.

Dude its a pinto horse yes, but the specific patterns of splotches are very clearly based off vitiligo

Let’s stop calling a spotting pattern that consists of large patches of white and any other color as ‘vitiligo’. Maybe they are referring to it in a artistic way? Yes, but that is it. It is not really vitiligo. We are talking about fur here, not about skin. And she is just a pony with a different spotting pattern which is not that unusual for an equine.
They even have some names for these spotting patterns in horses: tobiano, overo, frame, splashed white, sabino, tovero, dominant white.
