Eh, the hayseed in this appeared more than willing to improve himself for Rarity - which to me makes me place him above spike in terms of suitability. Rarity’d still never go for him though, but at least he put more effort into trying that Spike ever seems to.
 
Still an amusing short though.

This isn’t even written by the writers of the show guys, so don’t take it too seriously.
 
Plus it is kinda funny. I don’t know if I’d see him doing anything like that in the show, but it’s still just a funny gag. Plus he’s better than hayseed, anyway.
