Like cordz said, MordeTwi could work. Some might say their seemingly conflicting personalities could actually complement the two. I could see Mordecai as a nice househusband and also make paintings in the garage, and Twilight as a very busy mare who also has a shed.

Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like– I mean I can imagine twilight twilighting on the date and that simp mordecai to be nervous. But I can imagine that awkward and endearing in a wholesome and comedic way. But rarity and benson would probably come in conflict in a relationship. Its similar to how as much as I like appledash as a long term relationship thats not as fling…I can see the potential issues with it as unless they get therapy or did eventually learn that lesson, they would always be competitive and arguing. Unless they put the competitiveness in a healthy fashion for fun while still loving each other
