I agree, they are very careful about putting any main character into a serious relationship, but secondary character have a good chance (just look at G4, where Big Mac and Maud got episodes dedicated to their respecitve romantic relationships).

Assuming this is what I think it is, I honestly thought this would only happen in fanfiction not in the actual show. Not that I’m complaining since I do like this ship but still.

Tbh I was lowkey betting on them. Tell Your Tale was having them be a little too chummy with each other in the background…and we know what happened with the other ship that we’d constantly see in the background…

Plus, it’s a very safe choice. It’s a straight couple with secondary characters that had no opposing ships or pushback. These types of ships were the ones we’d most see in FiM actually.

One ship no one expected to sail.
