I’m disinclined to believe this, if only because “Rowellina” sounds even less like a human name than Rarity does.
 
And also, why wouldn’t they just call Pinkie “Diane?”

The dude has completely mastered both spectrums of Epic Douchery.

Twilight Sparkle is pretty much the only character from the show who is in this movie. Why do they expect us to watch this, again?

Well, I mean, it makes sense to give them normal human names, since they already look indistinguishable from normal humans.
