Newspaper articles will continue to refer to you as she unless you tell them about your preferred pronouns. Or if you don’t want to do it, ask one of our colleagues or your direct superior to tell management. Sure there’s a chance this Dusky fellow is a bigot but so far it really looks like he had no idea. If he’s top management he probably don’t interacted with Concorde (or the rest of the crew) that much and never saw the t-shirt. So I’m still inclide to believe this whole issue could be easily solved by talking to eachother for about five minutes.
