I really intended this OC to use Melee with a high level of Sneak (assassin-like character using some kind of sword, throwing knives and throwing hatchets) while using Guns only when absolutely necessary, not wanting to waste valuable ammunition.

Yeah, my build is more for Guns and attacking from distance. Using a gun with a decent crit. multiplier (like a sniper rifle, 5x FTW!) and appropriate perks and implants, you could bag an over 100% crit rate. At the least you get about 20%, which is still beastly.

I really didn’t follow how SPECIAL was used in the game, but instead used it for for strong he physically was (Strength), how well he could determine if something was a threat (Perception), how long he can do hard physical actions without tiring (Endurance), etc etc etc.

(but then again, that’s because I love to use energy weapons (laser!) + unarmed/throwing spears for silent kills ^^)
