sorry dino, but your trollshitposting doesn’t work with me cuz in my headcanon dash doesn’t even care about the wonderbolts anymore, in my hc she is already over them cuz she knows she doesn’t need to prove herself anymore cuz she already knows she’s the best. seriously widen your horizon and get with the times, instead of sticking with the same old and boring canon version for all time.

This is also a point. There is more to working in a team than being a good leader you also need to be a good follower, especially when you are the one not in charge. So far I think she has gotten a little bit better since we have first seen her but she still has a ways to go.

It’s been my Headcanon that Rainbow Dash sucks as a teammate. She’s easily the best, but she just can’t work with the rest of the team properly due to wanting to be the center of attention.
There actually is a possibility of Rainbow Dash not getting in so far. She may be fast but she still lacks precision (something that a stunt flier would find very important). She may be fast but there are also others out there that are as fast if not faster than her (Dashie had a hard time simply keeping up with Lightning Dust)
Anyways, if she didn’t get in she would probably think that everypony was going to hate and she is going to be banished or something. I would give her a shoulder to cry on and tell her that Wonderbolt or not I and her friends don’t think any less of her.
In that case either the Wonderbolts recruiters are insane…or, if you believe some fanfics, there’s some hidden political crap going on to keep her off the team because she’s an Element.
