Just a guess, but “Alluro” is a very unoriginal name.

I think I got the name of Allura’s brother right. Because someone actually put a tag for him and spelled his name the way I spelled it.

She’s definitely talking about Izzy. She also mentions a playground, more than likely referring to the Boardtrot making sure she’ll never find her home again. Allura even bemoans how she’s stuck in Equestria forever when the Nova Charm is separated to power the place.
