She looks human to me. The guys have tails and horse ears, so she’s anthro like them too.

Not bad. I think the boys look nice (though male rarity is too girly, I almost thought it was still rarity) and I’m not a fan of the fact that girl-spike’s in a maid outfit. It implies that she’s only a maid, and nothing else (not a sister to the protagonist, nor a friend to the others).
 
Though spike genderswapped probably doesn’t work much anyway. 6 grown men have a young girl, unpaid with no school, doing chores. I’m sure many women would just love that.
