It the kind of line that everyone can interpret differently. For me, it highlighted his madness, for if everyone was given powers, it would only cause innate differences like intelligence or kindness to shine even brighter.

The magic of friendship IS for everyone. Its not something that needs to be rare or exclusive. It is by its very nature, inclusive.
 
(The Incredibles was a thematically confusing movie in some cases. I was never really quite sure if lines like this were supposed to highlight the villain’s insanity, or if they were supposed to be taken at face value as an honest problem in some strange Ayn Rand-esque übermensch kind of mindset.)

Knowing M.A. Larson, he’s going to find this absolutely hilarious, and love this.
