Fluttershy is canonically a year older than Pinkie Pie.

What’s the big deal, a lot of the fanon says she has a daughter 6-8 years old. She can’t be as young as the Mane 6.

Not really. They all have the same body type in the flashback, save for Fluttershy, who has a height similar to Big Mac or Featherweight, indicating her to be the oldest. Especially when you consider that Cheerilee is a blank flank here when Pinkie already has her mark, when Cheerilee was in Rarity’s class.

Isn’t Rarity considered much older than some of the other Mane Six?

It’s completely inconsistent. “Neigh Anything” shows Cheerilee in Cadance’s class and ‘80s fashion, which is consistent with “Call of the Cutie.” But “The Cutie Mark Chronicles” shows filly Cheerilee in Rarity’s class, which jibes with “Pinkie Pride”. The only way to reconcile it is the Nurse Joy option.

Cheerilee and Cadance were in the same grade, right? And Cadance is probably at least 5 years older than Twilight. And if we let reality figure in, the clothing and hairstyles in that comic were at least 25 years in the past.

I am so sick of people characterizing her as someone who’s in their thirties or older, and yet we’ve had proof since Season 1 that she’s a similar age to all of the Mane 6.
