Quicksilver is a Marvel Speedster, but he’s not really all that fast- even at his fastest, he’s not even approaching 30% of the speed of light as far as I can remember(if he was ever faster, it was one of those desperation moments). Meanwhile, Makkari is about as fast as light, and The Runner is likely the fastest thing in the Marvel Universe, clocking in at several times the speed of light.

I spy a Road Runner. Who’s speed is literally “the speed of funny.” Flash could run into the speed force dimension itself and the Road Runner will be there to surprise him with a “meep meep”  
To beat a fast toon you have to be SLOW, like Cecil Turtle. Because toon logic. Flash is the worst Road Runner opponent possible.
