Once I finally found the OC that got everyone jabbering back and forth in these comments, I have to say I’m bewildered by the fact that it wasn’t outright ignored, or just laughed at as the joke it obviously is.
I don’t see any drama in the image. (Well, except for the drama of a pony not able to enjoy her Nutella.) Why the “drama” tag, and not the “drama in the comments” tag?

Well put it away. There’s OP’s and Mods coming around, you know? I’m sure they don’t want to walk by and see your image mess. I mean, what if I want to buy some bread and your images just happen to be all over the last loaf I was going to buy of Italian Herb and Cheese? There’s time I want to whip mine out too, but I save it till I’m on a forum.

Sorry, sometimes I get a little excited. I can barely keep the sheer size of my images inside. I just got off a few images where I sprayed several loads of pictures all over the place, but I’m still ready for action.

You know what, I’m going to go ahead and help you out, even if everyone else just assumes you’re some troll.
Now, judging by your comments, I can narrow down your problem to one of two possibilities:
You’re right and everybody else (whose attention you evidently want) has terrible taste and/or double standards. In this case there is nothing you can do, as protests as to how cool your OC is isn’t going to change people’s tastes. You may as well give up and find a more fulfilling hobby.
You’re wrong and everyone else is right, or, at best, you’re the one with an outlier as far as taste is concerned. As such, if you want other people to like your OC rather than just not caring about their opinion (which is totally an option), you should really look at what traits popular OCs have that seem to make them unique and interesting rather than labeling them “boring” or “stupid” and hoping others will see the light.

Probably the latter. If he’s the former, the best I can hope for is to show him thesepages and hope he’ll finally retain some knowledge.
