I always love to see some context to a picture especially one this cool.And your right,this guys art is wonderful.His page makes great use of the fact that a ponies head has a firm stable grip that makes a fine table for cups and other things.

Well, I wasn’t expecting to find these two here… But anywhos. The snowy griffon is named Pilvi and she’s a diplomat from the griffon empire to equestria which is why she’s dressed like that. The other one that looks more foresty is named Arvid, he’s a forester/park ranger type thing… Both of them grew up around the same town in the empire. ^w just hoping to add some context for this wonderful art piece done by a friend of mine. Speaking of you should really go look at the rest of his stuff, it’s wonderful.
