Interesting how Cadance and Shining’s kid (Valiant Heart) is an alicorn, but Twilight and Flash’s kid (Starburst) isn’t. From this, can we conclude that alicorns are the fourth pony race and follow the laws of genetics? There just haven’t been very many alicorns, obviously, so this is the probably the first scenario of what the children of alicorns would be like.

Well Valiant Heart is CadencexShining’s kid and Red June is CheerileexMac’s kid - plus the two sparity offspring. So they’re not all Mane6 offspring.

The shirtless one is the offspring of Shining Armor and Cadence while the one with red hair and bandana is the offspring of Big Mac and Cheerilee. The rest are Mane 6 (sans Rainbow Dash) offspring/adopted child.
