The “full name” isn’t exactly static; it started as “Purple Pony’s Puzzling Pregnancy”, and changed to “Purple Pony’s Peculiar Pregnancy” when the participants figured out the “puzzle”. Once Glimmer is born, it’ll probably change again, maybe to something like “Purple Pony’s Precocious Progeny”.
 
Out of curiosity, what was the “troll project”?

Just a note, PPPP (the acronym) has a pretty different meaning in DB, plus spoiler tags are only reserved for show stuff.
