I thought maybe Rarity could have some sort of ability which interferes with the cameras- maybe causing it to cut out if you look through it into a room she’s in for more than a few seconds. But that might be better suited to Fluttershy, or it may make things needlessly difficult.
 
Dash would probably be the best Foxy, I think.

Dash would make another good Foxy. Though there should probably be only one Foxy- having to watch two seems like it would be an utterly miserable experience.

Obviously, we have Pinkie Pie up there as Foxy. But she would also be a good fit for the Golden Freddy. You know, the one that can just flat-out teleport into the guard room and make your game crash.
