Here we see the rare and elusive Winged Purplesmart that just located on its prey. When it senses that the coast is clear it flies at a low altitude to stealthily approach the target. With a brisk attack the Winged Purplesmart snatches the poor defenseless book and takes it to her perch. There she will go through the pages one at a time and thoroughly digest its contents.

You might be on to something. Although Hasbro, above all else, is a company that primarily sells toys and merchandise. They’ll most likely not just give permission to use their character unless there’s some sort of profit in the end. But still…

I’m not American, but I hold a Bachelor’s Degree on Library and Information Sciences, and I think the ALA (American Library Association) should consider - not seriously, but consider nontheless - adopting Twily as a corporative mascot for infant libraries (not children’s libraries: I mean the sections for very small children): she’s colorful, cute, a librarian and a mythological being associated to Classic literature, all the way back to the epics and tales of Homer, Apollonius, Hesiod or Ovidius.
 
However, the problem is if Hasbro would be willing to collaborate with the ABA in a campaign of public interest.
