Leaving out the trackable 4chan IRC meetups encouraging organized threats of murder and sexual violence, doxxing, IRL stalking, and targeted harrassment campaigns designed to encourage suicide… that might have helped as well.

About this thread:GamerGate is based on legit complaints about crooks like Sarkeesian and yellow journalists like Gawker and co,but unfortuantely Channers in their neverending quest to steal the spotlight and promote themselves as “ALMIGHTY DEFENDER OF FREEZE PEACH” poisoned the well by ressorting to their usual tactic of trolling,doxxing,you name it.Some of the journos scumbags notice this trend that whenever Channers go,shit follow them and try to use it at their advantage (ie:Brianna Wu or whatever faking death threats on her Twitter).And let’s not start about people like Milo Yannopoulos that see this wonderful shitstorm as a platform to push his political agendas (see his tweet lamenting that right-wing politicians didnt jump on the GG bandwagon to win “THE CULTURE WAR AGAINST ESS JEE DOUBLE U ^tm”)  
In conclusion,fellow Derpis,dont touch the GG poop and share this bucket of popcorn with me as the Feminazis/Journos douches and the Channers/Gamers turd sandwiches make asses of themselves.Or we can play video games to change our minds,that’s cool too.

That’s usually how it goes nowadays. Just looks at the Gamergate stuff. Bloggers from the websites that have come under fire for unethical journalism got on TV, have google hangouts and even their own Seminars to speak about what Gamergate “really is” which is just white misogynist males that want women out of gaming, and everyone ignores the women and non-white males, because it devastates their case.

Are you certain about that? Because I’m pretty sure she’s either IN her 30’s, or in her very LATE 20’s. Meanwhile, she’s been caught going through posts on my blog that weren’t even tagged with anything she’d be searching just to passive-aggressively quote them in her own posts, despite allegedly having me “blocked”.
 
But hey - at least I’m not the one who not only got caught trying to make a profit off of someone else’s intellectual property in a way that goes against the ideals of the creator of said property, but also playing a minor part in causing someone to lose their job.
