Pretty much all of those things you mention about Christmas though are more vaguely “winter holiday” traditions and imagery for a lot of people, Christian or not, religious or not, or heck even atheist or not, and definitely none of them have anything to do with the miraculous virgin birth of the savior and all that. Hearth’s Warming is all about how the tribes came together which (again) has nothing to do with Christmas. And again, “Nightmare Night” and “Hearts and Hooves Day” are actual canon Equestrian holidays, but you’d be inventing a pony “Hannukah” completely with no basis for it. Those situations are completely different.

Probably just because the idea of Rainbow Dash being any kind of religion is kind of hilarious. Not in a bad way, it’s just funny (I think).
