Its not as if its mere fanon subtext or interpretation anymore, subtle OR otherwise…not since the most recent movie. Rainbow Rocks was written by Meghan herself, and the whole movie was filled with showing the puppet-like weakness in Twilight’s title and her personality.
One of the main points they made through the film was that her title and her excessive importance as a princess was in the long run meaningless. I mean not many fans missed the part where she had crawled into a corner because she couldn’t accept reality. I mean if the writers themselves are expressing doubt in a character, why shouldn’t the fans?
