If environment alpha is at minimum, nothing. Otherwise they change the color of the lighting. Increase the alpha (double flame) to see it.

It was fun finding all the things I could do. But once I wanted to toggle on the ones I wanted, it became monotonous scrolling through the spellbook to find them. There were also a few too many silly options, and not enough that changed the actual sex part. Quite surprised there was no anal option.
