Still no. That’s just overaggressive behavior. Psychopathic behavior is, in terms of psychology, is a disorder that is characterized by the victim’s lack of empathy, anti-social tenancies, and lack of remorse along with bold actions.
 
I wanted to say something psychopathic, but it would have been graphic. In order for your example to suggest psychopathy, the subject must show that stabbing the person was for hardly any reason other than to do it. Having a motive means emotions are involved, when psychopathy is the lack of any emotion towards or with an activity. Literally, just doing something bold to do it, without care for others or about what you do, is psychopathic.
 
However, most of these depictions of psychopathic behavior ARE in fact gruesome.
