i did move on. i moved on years ago but if this…thing insist on being part of the franchise then i’d expect some kind of quality out of it with it be on it own merits or not.

They should have done that, yes. I mean the characters in TT Go have nothing in common to the originals, be it comics or cartoon, only thing that survived is the names and some plot points from the cartoon. Some episodes will focus on one trait and make a joke out of it, but generally they act randomly, without real personalities of their own.  
They remind me of Larry, the annoying alternate reality Robin from the original show. Maybe they should have based the spin off on him and his twisted reality, and leave the original show’s continuity alone.  
In the end the writers can do what they want and some people seem to enjoy their new direction. Won’t change the fact that this show wastes good material as a passing joke and prides itself on being dumb. But being aware that you are idiotic doesn’t change the fact that you are an idiot.

should be titled grimdark instead of safe. Cuz Teen Titans Go, is worse than anything else i can think of. if it didn’t sell toys or follow the creators plans, it’s gone. i mean look at mlp and littlest pet shop. both of them sell toys and are popular. YJ, just couldn’t.

my problem with this show is NONE of the titans feel like even prodys of the originals they feel like completely different people entirely, maybe if they had just made an entirely different show it would’nt be AS hated
