Not yet, this is barely the first part. We have three more parts, enough to explain that detail. Let’s not jump the gun yet, so far this is more in level with The Return of Queen Chrysalis than the past Andy Price arcs.

…I think Lightning Dust and Chrysalis are Evil in this arc. Iron Will is actually having a ball with it in a neutral way, no malice behind it. I mean, did you skip the part where he hugs Fluttershy? Or the part where he takes the heart but is just taking it as a game instead of an invasion?

Because she loves enslaving the crystal ponies! It’s like her biggest fantasy, to just relax on the palace balcony with Sombra and a cold drink and just watch the spirit-broken ponies toil themselves to oblivion.
 
That, or she thinks she can talk him out of trying it again and to just run off for a peaceful life with her. If I were a betting comment-leaver, I would wager his answer will be “NOPE!!”.
