While it seems silly to some, Twilight enjoys the occasional rainy day walk around ponyville. Flowers tend to look even more vibrant in the rain, probably because they’re happy to get some cool water and a break from the summer heat.
Of course she wouldn’t want to go and catch a cold or spring a leak, so Twily came prepared with a raincoat and thick padding to stay dry!

Kinda ironic her raincoat has ladybug prints even she is afraid for them.
