Meet Blue Arrow :3
 
A mare that was raised as a orphan, she learned how to survive by herself, and developed a sense of care and willingness to defend others weaker then her. She never got much of an education, and she doesn’t have very good social skills, so she has trouble trying to get along with ponies.
 
She is a vigilante that has a hideout in the Everfree forest. She is very skilled at archery, using her own custom made bow and arrows, along with a twin pair of daggers she uses, along with being very fast and athletic. She targets criminal gangs from all over, and often gives most of the money she gets form them to the less fortunate.
 
She is also very skilled at throwing things, and can basically turn any thrown object into a lethal weapon (like Bullseye from DareDevil)
