Cheese: U-uh… N-no, I’m here for… you?
 
Pinkie: Me? You came to visit? How sweet.
 
Cheese: Y-yes- I mean, no but… Kinda?
 
Pinkie: Kinda?
 
Cheese: I-I mean… (lets out nervous breath) P-Pinkie!?
 
Pinkie: Yes?
 
Cheese: You… know how I got into Party Planning, right?
 
Pinkie: Of course I do, silly. You came to one of my parties.
 
Cheese: Yes, and I had so much fun. But more over, there was you.
 
Pinkie: …
 
Cheese: At first, I just wanted to be like you. To bring smiles to everyone around me. I wanted to show you how much you inspired me to better myself. And then I met you again…
 
Pinkie: And you showed yourself to be a super duper party pony.
 
Cheese: Yeah, I might have… showed off a little. I just… I really wanted to impress you. But that’s beside the point! I brought this up cause things have changed.
 
Pinkie: Changed?
 
Cheese: Yes, my f-feelings for you have changed. I mean, it’s been years since they changed but the change definitely occurred!
 
Pinkie: Cheese…
 
Cheese: I-I know you have other options, more handsome and cool stallions who have a much higher paying job. Stallions who are more muscular than me. Ponies who can be by your side all the time…But no one will love and adore you as much as I can, will and do!
 
Pinkie: (jump)
 
Cheese: I-I really love you, Pinkie. I love you when you’re full of energy. I love you when that joy runs out and when it does, I’ll be there to bring it back. If you’re okay with a guy like me, would you… consider being my bride?
 
Pinkie: …Y-you want me… as your bride?
 
Cheese: (Nods)
 
Pinkie: Even though, I’m me?
 
Cheese: ? Of course. Who else but you? A loving and loyal mare like you is any guy’s ideal bride, though I hope I’m good enough.
 
Pinkie: … (Tears fall)
 
Cheese: P-pinkie!?
 
Pinkie: Yes!
 
Cheese: ?
 
Pinkie: M-my answer. It’s yes.
 

 
Hooray, happy things!
 
Here’s the day Cheese proposed to Pinkie, though he was a nervous wreak as he did so. Pinkie here, is so happy she actually burst into tears. While she has had quite a few lovers, due to her personality, many assumed she was more ‘open’ and wouldn’t want to be bogged down by commitment. They assumed she was a ‘lover of everyone’ type. Truthfully Pinkie is the devoted type and has always dreamed of having a long lasting marriage like her parents. Cheese was the only one who had thought to even ask.
 
My headcannon of Cheese is that outside his job, he’s a fairly shy guy. If he’s comfortable and doing what he loves, he’s as active and wild as Pinkie but outside those instances, he’s quiet as a mouse. He’s shown to be painfully shy in his flashback and I doubt finding his talent destroyed that part of him
 
Note: One of the reason Pinkie’s so unsure about his proposal is that she already has a kid at this point, Chocolate Cheesecake.
