It’s from Square One TV, and uses the epic fails of bungling high school athlete Stanley O’Toole to teach negative numbers. Beverly Mickins sings the song in the role of a teacher at the school, and Arthur Howard plays Stanley (who speaks his lines). I almost added the “you know for kids” tag (or “we don’t normally wear clothes”; I disremember exactly) because he surfaces after the second, worse dive with his swim trunks on his head.
