Anyway to hide spoilered images?

I’m creating a new filter which excludes quite a few images, and it’s kind of annoying that they still appear in the search, just spoilered. Is there some setting I’ve missed that lets me completely hide them, or are they just there permanently?

just hide them instead of spoileeing them? Only way you can see hidden images is if linked or embedded in comments/desc of pic you don’t have filteted. Even then they’re spoilered though
