We won’t host it, because it’s not pony - you have to host the image somewhere else. But you can link to it in a thread that’s in an appropriate forum, like the General Discussion or the Generals thread.
Artists also sometimes link some work they’ve done that isn’t pony in some of the art discussion threads, but that’s more rare and they usually keep it on a Pony topic.
But since your image is unrelated to the fandom, making a new thread in the General Discussion or Generals thread would be fine.
If you want the thread focused on that one person, maybe make it in the General Discussion thread, and title it “Sharing [person’s] art” or something like that?
Or if you want to make a more general thread, one for everyone to contribute to, like the
Cute Anime Pictures thread, then make it in Generals and make the title and purpose more general to images people want to share from off site that aren’t related to MLP.
Please be sure to indicate in the title whether it’s going to include NSFW art.
