Upload Page DNP List Link Needs Updating

So, when you go to upload an image, the main line of defense against people uploading DNP content is the big link on the upload page saying to check the dnp list - the link leads to a thread which is outdated or something?
 
At any rate, “jhayarr23” needs to be added to that list - he’s not on it right now, but he’s dnp, which causes issues.
 
If he’s on some updated list, then the link on the upload page should redirect to the new updated list instead of that old one.
 
 
EDIT: Okay, forgive me, it’s 930 and I’m tired way past my patience and civility because life - but it was pretty quick and easy to find the new page when I thought to look in the forum here.
 
Basically the upload page has a big DNP warning and says to check the list - that should probably redirect to the new list, now, instead of that old thread.

As I understand it, the DNP list is currently fragmented, and some of it is in both places. The new list has had part of the old list migrated to it, and also contains most if not all new entries for the past X months since it was introduced. The old list still has some unmigrated entries (as well as all the migrated ones). So in practice you pretty much have to check both of them.
 
I think there’s a feature in progress to automatically check the new DNP while uploading, so in the future it will be a lot easier, especially once the migration is done.
