Should a youtube channel with "n-words r gay" in their banner be allowed ads on derpibooru?

So yeah, as the title says, should a youtube channel that on their banner include racial slurs like the n-word be allowed to advertise on derpibooru? What are the policies on what can be advertised on here? The channel in question is “Virginity Clan” (adverts/347). In the site rules itself I don’t see anything specifically about what can and cannot be advertised, and while the slurs aren’t on derpibooru itself, on here it would probably fall under braking rule #0
