Just to be clear, I’m speaking on my own in this post, not on behalf of the site in an official capacity.
In the grand scheme of things - Derpibooru is a relatively tiny website that serves an incredibly niche audience and does not compete with nor threaten any established internet organizations. The site is way too small to be profitable to any ISPs who wanna squeeze profits out of sites and their users, and no established internet companies would have any interest in paying for priority over Derpibooru.
Ultimately, Net Neutrality is going to end up being a showdown between the government, ISPs, and major internet companies (Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Etc). Small niche websites like Derpibooru likely won’t be impacted too much because they account for so little of internet traffic that there are bigger, significantly more profitable fish to go after.
