I just picked it because the description in the original image mentioned Gail Simone’s name, so I went from there.

Alright, so it’s a pony pun name off a real person.
 
So now I’m a little confused because I guess I don’t see the correlation between Nicole Dubuc’s ponysona and Gail Simone. Especially since Nicole Dubuc is portrayed (I thought) as a griffon?
