What sort of job do you think Cozy might have had if she hadn’t chosen villainy? She could definitely make a great lawyer, she’s skilled in persuasion and is hard to fool, owing to her familiarity with deception. (“I know a diversion when I see one.”) Her planning ability could get her far in business, and her psychopathic charm and desire to rule over others would make her an ideal politician, (assuming there are politicians in Equestria outside of the Royalty.) She could make a great actor for obvious reasons. She could also be a cop of questionable morality, going outside of the rules to enforce them, and getting even the most skilled deniers to slip up and give themselves away in interrogations.

Interesting possibilities. Of course, she might have remained at Twilight’s left hoof and accumulated power that way, but it might be difficult to get away with too much there.
