@PonyPon
There’s nothing wrong with Flash, he’s just not fleshed out. His only real sin is being kinda bland, and he’s no guiltier of that than Sandbar (who has a much bigger role and doesn’t seem to have drawn any detractors). His possible family relation to Flash Magnus could be a good opportunity to give him more depth, but they probably won’t take it due to Flash not exactly being the most popular character and because they have that stupid “EG doesn’t cross over into FiM” policy, and I think that’s a damn shame.
@Twi_Clown
I hope they figure out what to do with Flash and tap into that potential, although it feels sometimes like they aren’t really trying and figure they shouldn’t bother because of all the hate he’s already gotten, which, if that’s the case, is a shame.
Timber put people in danger by covering for his crazy-ass sister and her reckless use of magic she didn’t understand even after he said to her face that she needed to stop before someone got hurt, so I don’t feel the urge to cut him much slack. It doesn’t really help that his only prominent character trait is his constant attempts to make himself look good, either.
