Revenge of the Mean 6: The Mean 6 actually survived their encounter with the Tree of Harmony and instead got stronger from it, and want revenge on their creator and the real Mane Six, who they plan to replace. The Mane Six, Starlight, and Chrysalis have to team up to stop them.

The Kirin Joke: A kirin transfer student arrives at the School, but a mean-spirited prank soon turns her into a short-tempered fire hazard. The Student Six must calm her down and help he settle in while Applejack and Starlight search for the prankster.
 
(Why Applejack and Starlight? Because other than Twilight, Starlight doesn’t interact nearly enough with the Mane Six.)

Glad you like it! None of the Student Six have had individual episodes yet, and Sandbar honestly does come across to me as needing it more than the rest (no offense, Sandbar fans).

Rather than them just somehow surviving, I think it’d be more interesting if someone else revived them for their own reasons.

Wanting to be remembered forever, Twilight and her friends decide to open a Museum of Friendship. But they squabble as to how they want to arrange their exhibits.
 
Summit Time  
With lingering evil on the rise, Princess Celestia holds an all creature summit to try and combat it. But with many creatures from all different backgrounds, it’s going to be a culture clash for the ages.  
Special Guest Stars: Uzo Aduba as Queen Novo.

Candy Crushed  
A new brand of crunchy candy turns all of the ponies in Ponyville into sugar addicts, including Pinkie Pie. So now the rest of he ponies must try and stop these new sugar coated zombies before it’s too late.

“Of Curse Not!”
 
Twilight and company end up finding a magic lamp with a Genie that will grant them 3 wishes to each one, but there’s a catch: The genie was trapped in the lamp millena ago as punishment for being a tyrant, and can only be free if he’s truly repented for his past actions, and if his magic can bring happiness to others.  
Unfortunately, the genie’s magic was cursed into always granting twisted wishes that make people unhappy, so he can’t gain his freedom. Twilight and company can see the guy is trully sorry for his past actions, and so they agree to think of some very specific wishes that cant’ be twisted, but after a few tries they discover this may be their hardest and most dangerous mission ever.

With a cutie map quest given to the student six to investigate, they will be in for a surprise as the museum figures are brought to life at the stroke of Luna’s night at a time of month. (Other hasbro product references)

Time is But a Window: When Stygian discovers a prophecy that “the Shattered King shall rise again”, Celestia tasks him and Starlight with investigating this prophecy and the fallen rulers it might refer to in the hopes of better understanding it and, if necessary, preventing it from coming to pass. (Could be a good opportunity to do some world-building, as well as perhaps have Sunburst and/or Moondancer show up.)
 
Barely Regal (Hey, if they got away with calling one “Grannies Gone Wild”…): Twilight is made regent of the Crystal Empire while Cadance and Shining Armor help Stygian to unravel the origins of King Sombra, but worries that she won’t be up to the task.

(The concept may sound a little like the infamous Anon-a-Miss comic, but it goes in a very different, much more feel-good direction)
 
A Dazzling Friendship: Magical leaks give the Dazzlings back their power to spread bitterness, and Adagio schemes to get revenge on Sunset by having her friends turn against her. Sonata, however, constantly gets in the way as she observes the pure happiness surrounding the circle of friends, making her second guess her life choices…

The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

Growing Pains: A few years after the Season 8 finale, the Crusaders are now attending the Canterlot Royal Academy. However, thins are not going well. Most of the course is overwhelming for Apple Bloom, Scootaloo thinks the “No flying in the hallways” rule is too restrictive and the upper class Canterlot Unicorns regard Sweetie Belle as a “country bumpkin”. The Crusaders begin to pine for their carefree foalhood days back in Ponyville. Princess Luna decides a shared dream therapy session is in order.
 
 
Why a time skip? Because an adult Cozy Glow would make a better series/season finale villain.

In an effort to impress his dragon friends, Spike takes Smolder and Ember to the Crystal Empire. But when Smolder eats the Crystal Heart, Spike has to choose between his fame or his friends.
 
Oh, Brother  
When Shining armor is kicked out of the Crystal Empire by Cadence (after he forgets their anniversary), he decides to crash at Twilight’s castle. Twilight has to get Shining and Cadence to reconcile or else she’ll be stuck with her brother forever.
 
Best Friends For Never  
A fight causes Lyra and BonBon to split up. Now it’s up to the ponies to try and get them back together.
