Pretty much what Zincy said: Dietary changes and exercise whenever you have free time. Nothing intense, mind; even walking counts. Up to 30 minutes of walking a day works wonders, let me tell you.
Also, incorporate morning stretches upon waking up. But the biggest thing to consider is to not expect quick results. You gotta commit to the long-term if you want to see a change.
Itโs an excellent feeling. I was 260lbs back in 22 and now Iโm currently in the 190s. My lowest was 170 last year, but Iโm working on losing that weight again.
