Pretty much what Zincy said: Dietary changes and exercise whenever you have free time. Nothing intense, mind; even walking counts. Up to 30 minutes of walking a day works wonders, let me tell you.

Also, incorporate morning stretches upon waking up. But the biggest thing to consider is to not expect quick results. You gotta commit to the long-term if you want to see a change.

It’s an excellent feeling. I was 260lbs back in 22 and now I’m currently in the 190s. My lowest was 170 last year, but I’m working on losing that weight again.

In the topic of cholesterol, I am taking medication for that for since a while because I used to be at a really dangerous weight of obesity (not that any obesity is good), and I was even pre-diabetic once. I am now around 105 kilos last time I’ve checked down from a peak of nearly 130 kilos and willing to lose more weight on the long run. Clothes that were once tight on me now fit better and I feel better as a person too now that I’ve shed off much weight, and I won’t stop here.

The long and short of it is that HDL helps regulate energy storage, and the flushing of fats through the arteries.

LDL is dense, goopy fats that in low amounts are fine but in high amounts will start to stick in the arteries and clog them.

HDL can help clear some LDL. But the only sure fire way to prevent buildup is to avoid LDL heavy foods, stay active, and luck out in the genetic lottery.

LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol, sometimes called “bad” cholesterol, makes up most of your body’s cholesterol. High levels of LDL cholesterol raise your risk for heart disease and stroke.

HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol, sometimes called “good” cholesterol, absorbs cholesterol in the blood and carries it back to the liver. The liver then flushes it from the body. High levels of HDL cholesterol can lower your risk for heart disease and stroke.

You said that coding is not comparable to art because coding is just adapting other people’s works. Under that presumption I could say that your art is merely a adaption of Hasbro’s or other pony artists’ creations. Explain to me the difference. How do you want to measure how far something has to diverge from what you took inspiration from to consider it something new / your own? Unless it is just some math library I can’t really think of a single time it’s been as simple as “slightly adapting” some function for my usecase. Your always working with the greater whole in mind like a conductor, not haphazardly slapping lego pieces together.
