It ain’t that hard. If you see a picture you like, save it. I think my “MLP Files” folder is like 40-45GB now.
 
Also, if the artist just takes down their art from all the sites (DB, DA, Tumblr, IB, FA, etc), but leave those accounts open, you could always try asking. Just send them a quick message saying “Hey, I really liked your art, but didn’t see all of it before you took it down. Is there any place it is still posted, or may I have a zip file for personal use please?”
 
It may work, it may not. It depends on the artist, and their reasons for “purging” their art. But there’s never any harm in asking politely.

ponibooru.org also points to here now for some reason. If someone is following really, really old links that were meant to be on the original Ponibooru, they could be ending up here on accident.

What are the exact dimensions of the image you are trying to upload?

Implications do not chain, and are only applied once. So although Rape -> Sex and Sex -> Shipping, Rape does not -> Shipping.
 
Basically, how the implications systems works is that when tags are added, it looks at the tags that were set, sees if any have any implied tags, and then adds those implied tags. It does not take a second look to see if the newly added implied tags have any implications themselves.

They were pictures of a pony made out of Lego bricks. Sure, it was a bit rough looking at some angles, but it clearly had four legs, wings, a tail, and even ears shaped like a pony.

I never would of guessed it either until she mentioned it - she was genuinely one of the nicest, friendliest people I’ve met on DA. She always seemed pretty happy and positive.

That is quite literally a double negative - “do not not show these tags”.
 
Anyway, yes. Using NOT + OR operators in a filter will achieve the same effect, but it would be a lot less user-friendly, less obvious, and a lot less widely used.
 
Additionally, remember that you can have only one filter active at a time. So if you want to always hide certain tags (extreme fetishes, low-quality tags, artists you dislike, etc), then you’ll need to add those tags to every single “watching” filter you maintain, and edit however many filters you have every time you want to include a new tag in an exclusion filter.
 
From a user-friendly perspective, it’s much easier to have the two things be separate and obvious.

There can be some advantages to having multiple watchlists. Keep in mind that watching in inclusive, while filters are exclusive.
 
When you’re talking just in terms of ratings, it’s pretty simple to do that with filters, as you can have filters excluding the ratings you don’t want to see. This works very well because every image is required to have a rating tag, there’s only a small number of ratings tags (seven, to be exact), and images generally have only one (occasionally two, rarely three) rating tags. So you can use filters to exclude the rating tags you don’t want to see very easily.
 
However, it becomes a lot more complicate when you want to see images based on things other than ratings. For example, say you want the following watch lists:
 

Are you asking that all your work be consolidated under a single artist tag, or do you want to maintain two separate tags (one SFW, one NSFW) and only have one associated with your profile?

Officially, “Breasts” means naked, uncovered breasts. Though a lot of tags that imply it may not feature such.

We generally don’t delete topics - it’s always better to leave answered questions on the forums, so that if someone else has the same question, they can search and find the answer, instead of having to ask it again. Saves everyone some time.

I found another instance of that staff title bug. I posted a reply to a forum topic, then edited it due to spelling. If I look at the revision history, it shows “Administrator” instead of “Moderator” under my name:

For reporting a duplicate, the best way would be to go to the image that you think should be merged into another, click on “Report a Duplicate” below the image, and then enter the ID number of the image you think it should be merged into.
 
For example if you think Image #1234 and #5678 are duplicates, and that #5678 is the better image, then you would go to Image #1234, click “Report a Duplicate”, and enter #5678 in the field.
 
If it’s something other than a simple duplicate report, but still regards a specific image, you can also use the “report this image” button.
 
Beyond that, you can always post a topic in the “Site and Policy” forum. A lot of the site’s staff check this forum regularly.

Now, the issue is that it’s pretty much impossible to have a clear, hard line between suggestive, questionable, and explicit. There’s always going to be images that push the line between two such ratings.
 
The image in question though - there’s definitely sexual activity going on. Genitals don’t need to be visible for it to be sexual - what if it was a picture involving oral sex, and the receiving pony’s genitals was obstructed by the giving pony’s head? You wouldn’t see anything, but it’s still sexual.
 
The other image you linked - there’s nothing sexual at all happening. There’s no genitals visible or implied, nopony’s genital-regions are touching anything or being touched.

“Suggestive” is for images that may be a bit enticing, such as sexy outfits or clothing, or facial expressions that imply the character has something naughty on their minds. “Questionable” is a bit more broad, and can include things such as visible breasts (but not genitals), barely covered genitals, strong sexual references (references, if sex actually is happening, it’s explicit), etc.

If you do a search for the explicit tag, there is a description of what’s considered explicit. In particular, this line is included:
