Me putting on YouTube let’s plays in the background while I’m grinding in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Starting monday is when I will do the BBQs(I hate that part of the game). But first I will have to do some training. My team is still weak that I lost to Carmine three times in this part of the game and it’s a nesscessary fight. Oh god I’m gonna get murdered in this academy.

There was just a different ring to her Meowth voice than the one we eventually ended up with for the long run.

I wish they’d include a similar non-social interaction method of evolving Pokémon via trading, not all of us have friends to trade with, and I’ve got trust issues with strangers running off with my evolved Pokémon without bothering to give them back afterwards.

That’s pretty progressive for the late 90s/early 2000s.

I finally booted up Pokémon Home for the first time in a year, found out I’d used the GTS so much in the past that I got a crap ton of points, which I converted to Merit Points in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Currently I’ve managed to evolve 3 of the 4 Pokémon that require the Linking Cord (currently I need to catch Machop and evolve it into Machoke).

That and switching to a mon that has an advantage.

Swampert was kind of OP in Gen 3. Since it’s also a Ground type, Water’s usual weakness to Electric is nullified.

Swampert’s only real weakness is a 4x weakness to Grass, and even that’s negated by the fact that it can learn Ice Beam.

I think its safe to say Gen 3/4/5 fans are the new genwunners. I don’t even know if the latter are even relevant anymore. Although tbh our nostlagia is probably a little more objective.

Pokemon isn’t a hard series, so whatever team feels right to you should be fine.

As of right now, I’ve defeated Lady Lilligant, the second of the Noble Pokémon who’ve gone bananas because of some weird lightning.

Here’s me and my fully-evolved starter in “Pokémon Legends: Arceus”, I’m wearing a “Fancy Kimono” set based on Shaymin, which is earned by having save data from Pokémon Sword or Shield in the Switch.
