I don’t think there is a monistary for agnostics though. I’m captivated by many religions but I can’t honestly subscribe to any of them.

The monestary thing was just a joke before I left. Actually my new plan is the Peacecorps. Helping developing communities with clean water, medicine and basic education. I’ll get more opportunities for being willing to go out there and start a new life. Helping myself by helping others.

Kidney is a PH buffer so it’s easy to control what it excretes.
 
Lots of water, an Oz of vineger a couple times a day. Vinegar will make quick work of tiny crystal buildup, but some stones need surgery.
 
You can use glucocorticoids or ibuprofen. Kidney is smooth muscle, the calcite should only cause mechanical damage so it’s all flushing the stones out and using anti inflammatory.
 
Targeting pain killers to the kidney.. I would think it’s easy, but there is specialized drugs I never heard of sold as “urinary pain relief” some of which come with anti bacterial agents.

If there is a chance on infection you cant use steroidal anti inflammatory, you’ll have to use non steroidal anti inflammatory. Ibuprofen.
 
Acetaminophen won’t do much for inflammation, you can add a dose for pain, but I don’t even buy APAP.
 
How long has this been going? Every now and then things get inflamed with no infection.
 
Only you are going to know when it’s time to go to the ER, unless I can somehow find out more. Don’t start typing on Derpibooru if you can’t breath, and if you live alone keep your phone near you.

Btw. Protien isn’t why humans started eating meat. It’s the vitamins like raboflavin, and choline. Protien isn’t usually a concern in vegetarian diets.

Spent 20 years in the army, doesn’t know what war is about. All he talks about is killing the Japanese, or the “faggots”. I’ve watched him beat an autistic for 18 years.
